Georgine M. Kryda, Ph.D., Esq., LLC strives to provide clear and timely information on legal fees and billing from defining the scope of work in the engagement letter to the close of the engagement for legal services. An engagement letter and any waivers must be signed by all clients and appropriate parties and by Georgine M. Kryda before work begins. Additional billing information is provided here:
Hourly Rates:
Legal services are hourly and are billed in three-minute increments, versus the typical six-minute increment used by many law firms.
Expenses:
As incurred.
Deposit/Retainer:
Specific terms and amounts will depend upon the actual engagement.
Billing Statements:
Georgine will provide timely statements through the conclusion of the engagement. Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. All client funds are deposited in an interest-bearing Colorado Lawyer Trust Account Foundation (COLTAF) account.
